According to Fararu, this military source stated to the Saba news agency: "The Yemeni armed forces targeted Aramco in Najran with a drone, which successfully struck its intended target."

This source further noted that the attack was a response to the violation of Yemen's sovereignty by enemy aircraft and their incursion into the northeastern airspace of Saada province.
